By now you have followed numerous rituals to correctly conduct the letting go of all you did not want to trail with you into this new time of being. The astrologists have been having a moment for the past year and from March 2025 to March 2026 so much has been ending, transmuting, resolving, colliding, and awakening that it has been a LOT to take in. What a wild ride. April continues the trend.
You have let go of people, timelines, regrets, guilt, and
grieved for what was and what you know is no longer or not possible in today’s
world. You have or are turning yourself
toward the sun with renewed optimism while remaining determined to be present
to what is. The future is unknown and you don’t want to
pretend about that any longer. You want
to add some things to your daily life that will help you to be the person you
want to be during these times of great transformation. These times of walking through fire.
Some Helpful Practices
Daily Reflection: Reflect on the prior 24
hours. Whether before bed or during
lunch or sitting in your car before starting the commute home, take 30 minutes without
technology and review yesterday. From
waking to sleeping, what choices did you make?
How did you treat everyone? Did you find it difficult to be authentic
and if so when and why? Is there
anything to learn from? Is there
anything to be forgiven? Is there anyone
you need to call to apologize? Is there
anyone you need to call to thank? Take a few deep breaths and let it go. The questions you ask during this reflection
will have a lot to do with your specific goals.
Reach out if you are not sure what to focus on for the goals you are
working on.
I like to journal (no technology) as part of reflection
because it slows my mind and makes me focus and if I’m in self-reflection at
11pm it’s not the best time to call someone to apologize or thank them, so I
write it down to hold myself accountable.
Journaling is not necessary as long as you focus on seeing yourself and
holding yourself accountable to whether your behaviors align with who you
believe you are or who you want to become.
So much of the trouble we find ourselves in right now is
because of our amazing capacity to avoid.
Each of us can become better at truly seeing ourselves, confronting what
needs to be confronted, and letting go rather than collecting. This is a daily practice of learning how to
truly see yourself, hold yourself accountable, and eliminate the things that
can be used by the ego for terrorist attacks.
This is walking yourself into the light.
Daily Purification, Intention, Activation,
Prayer: The
intimacy and vulnerability of this practice is real. You are speaking with God in this practice,
and you are bringing your most humble self to the moment.
Purification: I recommend having many purification practices
at hand. Conducting Reiki on myself for
10 minutes, the Sufi prayer of light, and tuning forks are three of my favorite
purification methods. Other methods of purification include fasting, essential oils, sage or smoke smudge, and purification prayer.
Intention: I recommend staying with one
intention for 30 to 90 days. The
important part of stating your intention is going deeply into your heart and
committing yourself to the intention.
It’s a promise before God to do the best you can toward this intention
for the day. If just reading that
sentence makes you aware you are not ready for this practice, honor that. Set it aside for another day. For
some people the intention is to do no harm (including to oneself) and for other
people the intention is to stay centered in compassion or to remain sober. It’s an oath. It’s a relationship. Take it seriously. Take yourself seriously.
Activation: Using
your intention, your free will, and whoever you choose to call upon to assist
you, activate yourself so you are ready for the day by placing your attention
on what you want to activate. Consider activating your light, emotional
resilience, patience, connection to the divine, determination, sense of humor,
energy awareness; select the aspects to express that you believe will help you
to keep your intention for the day.
Some people call upon ancestors, their future or past self, some call
upon angels, some call upon God, and some people call upon all of these to
assist with activation. If you have the
courage, speak this out loud so you can hear your own voice. You should hear a deep level of sincerity, and
you should feel your heart is open.
Prayer: This is the final step, and it is also a practice
that stands alone. If you are new to praying,
it can be intimidating to begin. I
recommend one or all of the following: a
prayer of gratitude, a prayer to request forgiveness and purification for
anything that is causing you guilt or shame, a prayer to notice the opportunities for joy
or healing, a prayer for protection and liberation from fear, and a prayer for
assistance to recognize the divine in all of life, including yourself. Depending on your intention, just one of these areas of focus might be just right. I sometimes write out my prayer(s) to support an intention.
Meditation: I believe prayer is when we speak
our heart to God and meditation is when we listen. I’ve said so much about meditation already,
including the scientifically proven and free health benefits, that I don’t want
to repeat myself here. If you need a recommendation of a type of meditation
that fits your personality and lifestyle, just reach out.
Spring begs for a commitment to something that needs
your nurturing. I hope you will put love and
intention into something that matters to you this spring. Spring offering:
Defining and progressing on a spiritual
path: Six sessions for the price of 5. These
sessions have some pre-determined content while focusing on your specific
experiences and goals. Become clear
about what a spiritual path is for you. Become
intentional about managing ego interference without violence or disrespect. Decide how to bring your spiritual path to daily
living rather than compartmentalizing it and making it a separate item that you
don’t have time for. Get clear about
your ethics and boundaries regarding your spiritual path so that relationships
and actions are aligned with your goals for evolution and harmony. Examine whether or not consciousness expanding
is the same thing as spiritual expansion and where intention needs to be placed
to remain in relationship with your own divinity for either one. Pay as you go, set your own pace, receive
personalized recommendations for continued self-development.
Foundational Development for
Gifted Humans. This six-session
special is meant specifically for the person who has already encountered their gifts
and has had no formal training in how to use them. Lots of people are born with additional
abilities and set these aside in order to focus on living a normal life – until
they have the time and interest in focusing on how to use these abilities. If you have decided you want to integrate
your additional abilities so you can be authentic and whole, this foundational
level of development is meant for you. This includes a focus on healthy boundaries
with entities and spirits, the establishment of clear ethics to stay clean in
your work and exploration rather than become burdened with attachments and
karma. This also includes a hypnosis
session so that you can discuss the purpose of these gifts with your
soul/spirit. If you have communication with non-physical
entities, have para-normal activity around you, have psychic or lucid dreams, think
you are slipping into channeling sometimes when talking to a friend, this
package is for you.
Wishing you a beautiful spring.
